CCF Qld is inviting applications from industry professionals to join the CCFQLD Skills and Training Working Group.
We encourage applications from all levels of industry to ensure the working group can benefit from the knowledge of how matters may affect different organsiations.

INTENT

  • to connect persons from industry who are involved in skills and training to discuss matters relating to;
      1. Funding (Federal, State, CSQ, Other)
      2. Industry Training Packages (structure and content)
      3. Modes of effective training delivery
      4. Queensland Training Policy
      5. Matters affecting the Civil Construction Industry

    • To provide feedback and advice to inform industry representatives on;
          1. Training Package Reviews (Skills Service Organisation)
          2. Priority skills lists
          3. Traineeship and Apprenticeship Designations
          4. Funding and incentive requirements
      • To support validation and continual improvement of industry training materials
        1. provide links to industry subject matter experts
        2. share process and technology trends

ACTIVITIES

The working group will prioritise matters of critical importance to the success of industry.
Key Activities will be developed by the working group to achieve an agreed outcomes over a defined period.

COMMITMENT

We are seeking a 12-month commitment from applicants to ensure the successful establishment of this working group.
It is proposed that the working group will meet formally every two months for two hours. Key activities may require inputs in addition to this as agreed by the working group.
